"Goddess, hear my plee,
make me the weight I want to be.
This size is too big for me,

I only changed it slightly. I don't it in front of the mirror, because I feel that a mirror is reflective of your negative qualities. If your adept at visualization, it works well, but if you can't see past your flaws and visualize what you want to see, it's not as positive.
Instead I do it in the shower as I wash the body parts I want to change, I imagine them getting thinner and firmer. While I bath/shower, I say the chant. I also keep a rose quartz in the shower because it aids in weight loss and beauty spells.
For people that don't truly believe that magic works, I must tell you that I am also a psychologist. A spell like this will keep your mind on your goal, while you positively affirm the fact that you want to change a negative aspect of yourself. By simply chanting a mantra or spell like this daily, you can empower yourself to lose weight, cut down on how much you eat, and exercise more often.
I do adore spells of any kind, especially those written by budding witches. Thank you.
