You will need pens/pencils and a bit of paper.
First, you need to lay out all the pens/pencils in a row. Then you pick the one you feel most attracted to. Don't be ashamed of the one you chose. Mines a glittery yellow pencil with yellow fluff on on end.
Then you write out a simple binding spell with it. (write someones name on a scrap of paper, wrap in black thread/cord, and hide it.)
After that you get the remains of your paper, and write on it:
"The power in this pen is great,
This is my spell pen."
As you write it, you should feel magic flowing into your pen.
When you've written it, the pen should feel like it belongs in your hand. You should feel safe.
