* I started having this experience before I read about it or knew what it was. I wasnt sure if it was an out of body experience or a lucid dream. After doing it several times I began being able to control these dreams and do different things and see different people that I wanted to see. I noticed I could usually only have them during the day when I would lay down for a nap. And it definately had something to do with the way I focused my eyes while they were closed. It felt like I was being pulled out of my body and sometimes I would bounce back in.
