First do the following meditation: sit crossed legged on the floor then breath in for 4 seconds then exhale for 4 seconds. Now do that for 1 minute. Next visualize a lightning bolt coming from the sky then entering your body through your head. Visualize that just for a few seconds. Now chant " O sacred power of the universe give me power and energy for magick, for this is my will , so mote it be ! " Now everyday you need to meditate using the meditation i posted above and practice using energy. Energy Techniques Ok now ill teach you how to practice using energy. First visualize energy cords coming from the earth then connecting to you. Now raise your hands and say " energy flow through me. " Now put your hands about 3 inches apart about chest height. Now move your hands together then apart by doing this you will feel the energy compressing between your hands. Now it is up to you on how you use this energy. All you have to do is tell the energy what to do such as become a fireball or to poke someone or what ever you want. These lessons are the only thing a wizard needs to learn.
