Gather all of the things that your ex girlfriend/ boyfriend gave you. Put it in a pile on the floor. Light four candles surrounding them. Put your hands together and look at the pile. Chant twice, '' I want nothing to do with (say persons name) so make me forget his/her love'' and you will no longer be under a love spell.
