You have 1 person sit in the arm restless chair and have 1 person at each arm pit and each knee
the people at the knees and armpits put their
hands together bond your fingers put both index
fingers together and your thumbs together have
thumbs pointed up then with your hands in that position put your index fingers in the arm pits making sure they have armpits almost fully down and with your hands in that position put your index fingers in the fold of the knees and lift they usaully dont get very high then put your hands (only lifters) over their heads one hand at a time making sure not to touch the head or other hands use in same order then lift the same way and they'll be alot lighter
