In today's job market, sometimes we need a little boost to stand out amongst the competition. In this work, the Tiger's Eye stone becomes a talisman to draw wealth and instill the courage and eloquence necessary to stand out from other applicants. This ritual is best performed on a New Moon or during a Full Moon.
You will need:
A Green Offertory Candle
An Orange Offertory Candle
A Gold (or Yellow) Offertory Candle
A Blue Offertory Candle
Job Oil or Steady Work
Success Oil or RJ Frankincense Oil
H.B. Van Van or RJ Lotus Oil
Money Drawing Oil
Tiger's Eye Stone
Ground Cinnamon
Crown of Success Incense or H.B. Has No Hanna Incense
Charcoal
Incense Burner
A needle, toothpick or other sharp implement to mark candles
Directions:
On your altar or work space, draw a circle in Ground Cinnamon. Using a Toothpick or Needle, mark and anoint each candle accordingly (See chart below for symbols).
* Mark the Green Candle with the symbol of Planet Venus. Anoint it with Job Oil, Steady Work Oil . Place it in the North of your circle
* Mark the Gold or Yellow Candle with the symbol of the Sun. Anoint it with Success Oil, RJ Frankincense Oil . Place it in the South of your circle.
* Mark the Orange Candle with the symbol of Mercury. Anoint it with H.B. Crucible of Courage, RJ Lotus Oil . Place it in the East of your circle.
* Mark the Blue Candle with the symbol of Jupiter. Anoint it with Money Drawing Oil . Place it in the West of your Circle.

Prepare your Charcoal so you can burn incense. Place the Incense Burner to the East of the Circle and the Tiger's Eye Stone in the center of it. Put some of the Crown of Success Incense or Has No Hanna Incense on the charcoal.
Begin in the North with the Green Candle. Light it and focus on the energies of acceptance, friendship and love - qualities you want the interviewer to develop towards you.. Make an affirmation of this desire such as:
Fire of Green, filled with grace, make me stand out - the most interesting Face.
Move clockwise to the Orange Candle in the East.. Light it and focus on the qualities of mental clarity, brilliant communication, cleverness, creativity and wisdom. See yourself communicating your skills and ideas effortlessly in the interview. See yourself speaking eloquently with confidence and charm.
Fire of Orange, clarity bright, everything I say is absolutely Right.
Moving clockwise again, light the Yellow Candle in the South. Focus on the overall success of your interview. See yourself walking out with the job. See yourself projecting competence to the interviewer.
Fire of Gold, success will be mine, my debits are dulled and my credits will Shine.
Next, move to the last candle. As you light the Blue Candle focus your energies on on the energies of prosperity and abundance, qualities drawn to you through the job you want to secure. Make an affirmation of this desire such as:
Fire of Blue, abundance is near, drawing prosperity to me right Here.
Now focus your intentions on the Tiger's Eye stone. Try to visualize a thin string connecting the four planetary candles and guide their energies (and your intentions) into the stone. Spend a few moments meditating on your desires - until you have captured this visualization and fully programmed the stone.
When you are ready, pick the stone up with both hands and fumigate it with the Incense. Holding it to your Third Eye and say:
Stone of Earth, Air, Water & Fire, project an image that says "Please Hire".
Extinguish your candles and repeat the spell for three consecutive nights or return the stone to the center of the circle and allow the candle to burn out. When you are done carry the Tiger's Eye with you in your right pocket - projective side of your body.
