This spell is useful when you're feeling threatened by an evil spirit or a demon. Simply visualize a white barrier around you (or your friends depending on your situation) and chant the following.
Goddess of Light hear my plea
May helping hands watch over me.
Chant this as many times as you feel like. (Three is normally the amount needed)You must maintain your focus until you feel that you're safe.
