Precipitado Oil
Black Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Ginea Peppers

A Needle or Toothpick to mark the Candle
Directions:
Carve the name of the person you wish to command all over the Blue Pullout Candle. When you run out of space for the whole name use the initials.
Annoint the candle with all of the Oils.
Roll the oiled candle in the various Peppers until it is covered top to bottom.
Write your petition in Pencil on the Parchment Paper. Place the petition on a plate and light the candle.
Make your petition aloud to the spirits then place the candle on top of the petition.
Make prayers/restate your desire every day over the candle and command the person to do your will.
