This spell is suppose to remove spells, curses, or evil spirits. For this to work you must have some help from someone or you must be doing for the person who needs help.
1st: You must place you right hand over the person's heart and you left on their forehead.
2nd: Concentrate on pouring your energy into the person through those key points and forcing any evil spells or spirits out of that person's body.
Now say these words.
"What was done now undo. Return you to the form that's true."
I'd give two to three days. If it doesn't work then you might have to try again or find another method.
