* It is very hard to concentrate. I would like someone to show me how to do it in person so i can actually practice. I wish to become one with magic someday but i need a mentor or a tutor if you will. Will someone post a video or tell me a place i can go for help?

feel the energy going through you and not forsing it through you or it wont feel right.
so meditat,
imagion you are one with nature,
feel its energy,
have it flow through you like a stream,
and than if you want to thank the earth for its energy that would be nice seeing how he/she/it gave you energy from it/her/his self.
thats what i do and i hear that is called earth energy and there is fier, air, and water energyes. but i find earth the best place to get energy thinking how we get it from it every day like herbs and stuff that keep us going. hahahaha so long.=')

* also when you do some ritual or spell and feel fisicley and mentily drand and tierd. that means you used a lot of your own power and it is ok but it may take a wile say a mouth or some weeks to get your power back to its high potencel. hahahaha ITS NOT LONG. ha

* I've been doing this for a long time, even before I found this website. This was the first skill I did in magic it's great for beginners because it teaches them about energy just in practice alone, and will give a good understanding of how it works, and I've got so skilled in it that I can suck energy out of someones body with my hand, but I don't reccomend it. I can tell you how if any are curious, but I nearly killed somebody doing it once.

* Felt a wind against my left fist as I concentrated and "watched" the energy flow though me. I had binaural beats on in headphones to help meditate and could feel the energy flow in my right fist as it got larger my fist began to sting a little so I released the energy out to the right as it says and fell a cool calm come over me hand is still warm but is cooling. Not sure if it is going to bring what I asked but I'm hopeful as I dI'd feel ghe energy.
