This spell can do nothing for physical pain, but it can help.
Run your right hand under cold, clean water and lay it over your heart. Imagine the pain seeping into your hand,i.e a black mist.
Now, take a pinch of salt and rub it into your hand, and chant
"Pain I do not deserve you, leave me!"
Wash your hands very thourghly immediatly and DO NOT MAKE CONTACT WITH ANYONE BEFORE WASHING THEM OR YOUR PAIN WILL BE TRANSFERED TO THEM FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, BUT WILL RETURN TO YOU DOUBLED AND THIS SPELL WILL NOT WORK ON RETURNED PAIN.
