Self Dedication for Solitaires.

I am doing my best to complete my Self Dedication Rite (for Solitaires) and I am having the hardest time remembering and having a time to do it. My friends, whom is also a witch, says that it's just not the right time yet. I took it up on this offer and I have decided to take the time to study, memorize, and practice it a little more before I go on and do it. So I was curious, does anyone here have any suggestions on what I can do? I know what to do, I am willing to hear everyone ideas.
