Is there any way to manipulate your energy into something solid? Ive always been interested with this idea. Or if not completely solid like emit the energy to a field or around something?

I have also thought of that and I am working on a theory on how could this happen. But for the time being...no there is no known way to do that.

Although it is still under process, I will tell you that it has to do with Einstein's equalization E= m*c whereas e is energy, m is mass and c is the speed of light.

I am familiar with that but that amount of energy is enormous to get even minuscule amounts of mass...unless ur trying to somehow break that rule
