Unfortunately there is no such spell.  Time goes by as it will.  We cannot change that with magic.  Magic cannot violate the rules of physics.

Rules in Physics can be broken .If we believe that physic rules that are defined by human can't be broken then we don't believe in magic either.
Anyway we have a lot of topics about magic and science.
Simply science develops just like magic does .None can be certain when they speak about science

Nope, you can't violate the rules of physics.  Magic actually works using the laws of phjysics, not by breaking them.

Actually, I used to think the same as Victor. But now I'm studying physics far more closely, I agree with Lark...violating the laws of physics would cause so many problems I can't even begin to describe. For one thing, it'd make them wrong, due to the fact that they were created to govern everything. And the laws were written through observation of nature and as such not 'created' by us.
Magic might also sometimes cause information to disappear, if it didn't stick to the laws of physics, throwing up all sorts of problems - we could disappear, for one, time might go backwards while clocks go forwards, etc.
Anyway, you'd regret making time go faster, because all time is precious.
