Look, im sorry if we dont get along silver and im also sorry if I offended you. I want same as everyone here, to make this forum friendly and that the people that come here would find help any love. I am sorry that forum has such negative energy and i apologize to everyone that i have or that they feel offended by my posts.

One of the steps in making this a friendly forum is to get along, so why cant you forgive eachother and forget about it?

some people wish to remove a certain bad memory that may have been troubling them for some time

somebody with some trauma in their past perhaps? The brain actually has a defence mechanism that makes itself erase parts of it's memory if it feels that it is so traumatic that it will stop the person from living properly. for example people who were victims of particulary violent and traumatic sexual abuse at an extremely young age often don't even realise that it happened to them until they experience a similar experience in their adult life that triggers the past memories- The memories  are repressed until they are drawn out again by something that reminds the brain of them. it's actually pretty amazing what it can do... (also my need for a memory erasing spell makes a lot more sense to me than someone's need to force someone else into a relationship with them... thank you very much)

It's good to be clever, but not to show it.

If it's really traumatic it doesn't erase them. It suppresses it into subconscious mind.

Boooooooooooooring! I want my brain to put old memories in a recycling bin so I can delete them later. or restore them. Like on a laptop. or computer.
